Location: Maryland. You can work remotely.
Basic Requirement: Must possess a valid Maryland Bar License or a license in an UBE state.

Position 2: Legal Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in handling personal injury claim cases (document organization, client communication, drafting legal documents using templates, etc.).
Perform repetitive but detail-critical legal support tasks under guidance.
Maintain clear and timely communication with clients, medical providers, etc., via phone/email.
What We Need from You:
Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English (proficiency equivalent to at least a high school level in both China and the US is required for listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
Candidates with sales experience in the US will be eligible for higher compensation.

Requirements:
Fluent in both Chinese and English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills equivalent to at least high school level in both China and the U.S.)
Current law student or law school graduate, all majors accepted! Tort Law grade of B+ or above

Genuinely passionate about helping others with a strong sense of responsibility
Excellent interpersonal skills, patient in listening to client needs, outgoing and sociable
Meticulous attention to detail, capable of rigorously handling repetitive tasks
Enthusiastic about learning new legal knowledge
