Frank graduated from Peking University Health Science Center (formerly Beijing Medical University) with a Bachelor of Medicine and a Ph.D. in Immunology. He then spent over ten years conducting scientific research at institutions such as Princeton University and the National Institutes of Health (NIH), where he developed rigorous thinking and independent fact-finding abilities and habits. Subsequently, he transitioned to sales in a biotechnology company for over ten years, gaining experience in effective communication with clients from diverse backgrounds and personalities. He enjoys a good reputation and recognition within the Chinese community in the greater Washington D.C. area.
Mr. Jiang is sincere and passionate about his work. He patiently listens to clients' needs and quickly finds solutions. During his time at BioLegend, he became the company's top regional sales manager in just two years. Outside of work, Mr. Jiang is also very enthusiastic about participating in community activities. He currently serves as the Secretary-General of the Society of Chinese Biologists in America in the Greater Washington D.C. Area and a board member of the Peking University Alumni Association of Greater Washington D.C. He is involved in organizing a series of events to enhance inter-alumni communication and camaraderie, promote information exchange among life science researchers, and build a platform for scientific collaboration. At the same time, he actively participates in various activities within the local Chinese community, contributing to improving the welfare of Chinese American in the United States.
