Aubrey (Fan) Yang

Aubrey holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Georgetown University Law Center, a top 14 law school in the United States, and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of International Business and Economics, one of China’s top law schools. At Alexander Zhong Law Firm, Aubrey assists with personal injury and insurance-related claims. She supports Attorney Zhong and other team members achieving the best possible recovery outcomes for clients.

Before joining Alexander Zhong Law Firm, Aubrey gained a diverse and well-rounded background in various areas of legal practice. She has worked at boutique law firms in the U.S. as well as at two top-tier and the largest law firms in China. Her experience ranges from capital markets, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, antitrust compliance, and international arbitration to commercial disputes, general corporate compliance, and civil court clerkship. Aubrey has not only provided legal compliance services and guided more than 15 businesses in navigating various U.S. regulatory requirements to ensure smooth business operations, but has also represented numerous individuals and small business owners in resolving and settling everyday disputes, including lease deposit conflicts, construction payment issues, product quality claims, defamation matters, and many other common conflicts that arise in people’s daily life. She has also assisted clients with several small claims lawsuits in court. She has drafted and negotiated a wide range of legal agreements for both business and personal use.

With five years of rigorous legal education and extensive hands-on experience stated above, Aubrey has developed a strong work ethic grounded in diligence and precision. She has cultivated a strong sense of strategic legal thinking, helping clients solve all kinds of legal problems—whether straightforward or complex.
